Very nice hotel with a friendly staff to help, marcus really excellent hotelier ,help me with every request and always with a smile,eventhough there is a language barrier, he's trying his best to accomodate our needs....will definitely come back... keep up the good work

I've attempted to contact your customer service team multiple times, but I have not received any response regarding our refund and cancellation. No etiquette in responding in e-mails. Very inflexible hotel so we won’t be recommending! Avoid this hotel!

The staff was not cultured, 🙄, the manager on duty on 4september was terrible. No managerial skill. Poor

Spent allot of money for a group booking. Customers service was terrible. Rooms uncleaned. Staff was very aggressive. Parking is not free. We kept recharging keys. Paperkeys were not practical. Manager on duty was very arrogant. Other customers complained to us when we finally voiced our complaints.

Mehdi's help was the best part of our stay.

Very warm welcome. Mehdi was there to greet us for a late night check in. He was super helpful and went out of the way to make sure our kids would go right to bed late night. A very kind soul and professionally pleasent to deal with. I'd give more stars if I could for Mehdi. Thank you

Not safe!

Not Safe Hotel. Personal belongings get stolen from the hotel, there is no security. During breakfast, 3 men came from outside into the (full) restaurant, stole our bag and ran away. All this happened despite the reception and restaurant staff. And can also be clearly seen on the camera images. It is very shocking and the hotel did nothing about it.

Dear Madam/ Sir Thank you for your review. First of all, we apologize for your mixed experience with us. The management team was well aware of what happened to you, we did everything possible to help you, until taking time with the office and translating your exchanges. For the cameras we cannot exploit them without a request from law enforcement. We are still waiting for a return from them. Security is paramount in our establishment, which is why we have a security guard at night and on weekends, from 11am. We made the express request to set up this security guard as of 8 am, with immediate effect. Again we apologize for this incident, please receive our best regards.
