terrible food, they didn't have gluten-free items, dirty and uncomfortable rooms, windows that don't open, bathroom doors that don't close, very dirty, terrible room layout, uncomfortable elevators, non-existent mattresses, terrible service.

Would recommend!

Really good hotel, great location and so close to lovely restaurants and the metro and the Effel tower! The room was small but clean and did the job for us and maid service came every day. Staff were friendly and helpful, the electricity went off in our room but they sorted it very quickly. Nice bar area, we didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good. A lot of seating around in the lobby which was very inviting and a very secure way of leaving your luggage if you need to (cost €6 per day but it was good) Breakfast was fine, I wouldn’t say amazing and next time I wouldn’t bother with breakfast and just go to nice French cafes and bakery’s for croissants or crepes!

When we arrived we were greeted by lovey helpful staff members. The room was compact but clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned and changed daily. The hotel bar and socialising areas are fantastic couldn’t ask for more. The breakfast was good lots to choose from. The breakfast was more value for money if purchased direct through the hotel and not the tour operator. Great location for all sight seeing we did plenty of walking. We will definitely be visiting again. No kettle is provided in the room I don’t know ow if this is very English of me but to me that was the only down side. So all in all a 5/5 stay Thank you ☺️

Lovely hotel with great views

Lovely hotel, within a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, paid extra for an Eiffel Tower view and it was amazing. Staff were friendly, room can get warm (once window opened it is fine) and isn’t massive but fine for a couple. Clean and comfy bed, can not really fault it.
