Rude waitress

We checked into this hotel by a friendly receptionist, who told us the restaurant was open from 7-10pm. The room was very cramped and warm but clean. We had a drink at the bar and wandered into the empty restaurant, it being Sunday evening we assumed it would remain quiet. A waitress placed a tub of popcorn on our table and left. A little while later she returned and asked us if we had a reservation, to which we replied no, we didn't know we needed to make one. The waitress looked very angry and marched off. When she passed by again I asked her if she was busy, I've never had such an angry response, she glared at me, said yes and walked off. We left and finished our drinks in the bar. The other lady on duty asked what was wrong and when I explained, she excused the rude waitress, telling us it was a communication issue! It was not, the waitress was angry and was determined to let us know just how. The reply to my email from the manageress once again tried to defend this waitress with the communication excuse. This was the last night of our holiday, what a memory we were left with..

Very nice hotel, well positioned, clean and with friendly staff. One minute walk to the Cathedral, two to the city center and ten to the Marais. There is a comfortable inside parking, also offering plugs for electric vehicles. Honorable mention for "Charlie's Corner restaurant in this hotel, preparing a variety of tasty local recipes.

Centrally situated Hotel with some enclosed on-site parking in a courtyard. Friendly staff. Clean. Good bar / restraint and more nearby. Nice but compact room. A bit of noise from the street. Comfortable night. Excellent breakfast. Liked the city centre.

Hotel ok but when asked why WiFi not working nobody was interested (what do people do when things not working just power it off and on again) so the claim that free WiFi everywhere not exactly true. Room very very small. I used to love coming here but will look elsewhere in future.

Horrendous hotel. DO NOT STAY. Does not support disabled people

Horrendous stay Unclean, dirty and not well looked after Doors do not lock Walls are paper thin and very noisy Rooms smell of smoke Phoned the hotel to explain we would be running late. The hotel felt they were unable to meet my disabled clients needs of having the rooms near each other as we had phoned to explain we were running late rather than being at the hotel. Needed to travel through the night to get the client home as it was not safe and clean for them. Hotel very unsupportive and did not care that the person was disabled and that we had been in communication with them. They will not give a refund or a part refund. They have instead offered a discounted rate to come back again. My disabled client would not be able to face going back there again and it is caused a lot of anxiety for them. The hotel do not cater for disabled people and do not cater for people who would like a clean and safe accommodation. DO NOT STAY

Following your comment on TRIPAVISOR, which is the same as on Booking, as we have indicated you have chosen a non-cancellable prepaid rate that cannot be modified. We have not received any indication of your wish for a disabled room or telephone or not the BOOKING site as well as your wish for non-smoking rooms, the only remark received is if possible to have rooms next to each other. Our establishment being full for this night we were able to assign you 2 non-smoking rooms on the first floor and the third bedroom on the 2nd floor. As we have indicated all our rooms are equipped with internal lock so when you put it you are locked in your room so safely. You indicate that our rooms are noisy you arrived around 22:00 and left 1 hour later. We are really sorry that our establishment is not liked to you, not having received all the information when booking we tried to do the maximum to satisfy you.
