We stayed one night at this hotel, and for one night it was fine. They are currently having some work done to one of the lifts, so there is two of the three lifts working - but it sounds like they need to take another one out of action. We stayed on the 5th floor and every time the lift went up or down, it sounded like someone dragging something across the floor. Awful. The room was fine - compact, but did the job. No kettle in the room though, which was a surprise. Bed was comfy, and bathroom was clean albeit a little rundown. At night however, the room seemed to heat up like an oven and I couldn’t seem to cool it down. Hotel is in a good location and close to a bus stop and the metro - so I would stay again….I’d just ask for a room away from the lifts!

Avoid at all cost!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Currently 3 nights into a 5 night stay - bar has been closed and no food served for two out of those three nights - despite advertising 24hr food available. Rooms are tiny, shabby and painted a lovely hue of tobacco yellow. Shower does not fit anyone who is over 5 feet tall and air conditioning has been turned off as it’s winter - even though the rooms are very warm. Was told I could just open a window. I have tried to rebook somewhere else for the rest of my stay but sadly everywhere else is fully booked. Will never stay in another IBIS hotel ever again!! Just the worst!! Will never

Stayed here for a few nights during the rugby world cup. I’d stayed here during the 2007 world cup also and was delighted to see the hotel had invested into key areas since my last trip. Bedroom was really comfortable, breakfast was excellent, location was good for sight seeing around Paris, although it is an interesting place at night! A lot of great places to eat nearby. If I was staying in Paris again, I’d certainly use this hotel again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Customer service does not exist in this hotel. Stayed here in September and was due to return in October but plans changed out of our control. Booking.com agreed to cancel booking but hotel refused and wouldn't even accommodate a date change, shocking customer service. You will waste considerable time waiting for the lifts if you are on a high floor. Very basic rooms, no comfort. Very rude restaurant staff. Dreadful experience, will never stay here again. Booked a “stasher” to leave our bags at reception whilst going to Moulin Rouge. Hotel bar was just opening so we had a couple of cocktails. My daughter’s favourite wasn’t on the menu but “Son” the bartender said it was no problem and proceeded to make the perfect pornstar martini. A great relaxed atmosphere with excellent service
