Since 1964, at Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile, we strain to deliver a superior service experience for every customer and that goes throught a 5-star rating! I am glad to read that you enjoyed the location at the heart of the European capital. As well as your enthusiastic mention regarding the quality of the service, particularly the front staff and the cleanliness. Be sure that we will share it with our team. In Sofitel Luxury Hotels, we do our best so that every minute spend with us is a pleasure, that is why I am sorry to read that we did not fully meet your expectations. Through your notation, I take note to your score on the comfort of the bed. I am pleased to discover that our staff and its quality of service succeed in making your stay a memorable moment. However, let me inform you that in Sofitel, only the grades 90/100 and 100/100 allow our teams to really be rewarded on the quality of their services.
