Concerning the dogs we have an open policy that allowed their presence in the hotel. We are sorry that it impacted negatively your journey. الفندق ممتاز والعاملين فيه ممتازين في التعامل ولكنه يعيب الفندق شي واحد وهذا العيب يسيى لسمعته ويبين للنزلاء يستقل حاجتهم لمواقفه الخاصة اليهم ويقوم بتاجيرها للنزلاء لو كانت المواقف مب تابعه للفندق مب مشكله مع الاسف المواقف خاصه للفندق يقمون بتاجيرها لليوم الواحده 36 يورو اتمنى ان يقوم الفندق بسماح للنزلاء بتوقيف سيارتهم مجانا والافطار كان سيى للغايه وكان كثير عليه الواحد ان يقوم بدفع تلك المبالغ مقابل هذا الافطار السيى والغرفه حديثه جدا ولكن الحمامات قديمه لم يتم اكمال التجديد وشكرا......
