If I review the best part of my stay is comfort in room and customized food to meet my dietary requirements. Ambience of the hotel and facilities at dining room are superb, size of dining room is really wonderful so no need to wait, and staff is so courteous as well as well trained. Further hotel is quite concerned about single use plastic bottles, that is really a good initiative to protect the environment. Over all stay 'excellent'

Perfect stop over

Needed a stop over on the way to Calais and tend to rely on the Accor group as we need to park our camper with trailer. Pool nice - restaurant good but need to book. Family room was fine for 1 night for the family if 4. Lovely shower and room was clean

A very good value stay

It’s a good value stay, although for us no more than 2 nights as the room for a family of 4 with all the beds in it becomes very cramped. However, not many hotels allow 4 people in a room so credit to this hotel for this option. There are lots of positives, namely, welcoming staff, comfortable beds, good bathroom, nice outdoor area and a swimming pool, free parking, strong wifi, walking distance to an excellent and huge shopping centre. Improvement points are, we were on the second floor and there is no elevator so we had to carry luggage upstairs although the receptionist kindly helped us. Also the pool area is very nice but we found the pool itself a little bit dirty, although they do clean it daily. Overall, a great place to stay on route to your final destination.

Comfortable and convenient Novotel with brilliant staff

We had been here before, and returned as it is a pretty convenient jumping off point to Calais and Le Shuttle. Earlier on our trip we had stayed at a Novotel in Perpignan which had proved a big disappointment and I was concerned the chain had gone downhill. However, after finding it, in the strangest location in a 'commercial centre' we found that all was well. Our room was fine if basic, no refurb as yet. We were a bit late for lunch as it had been a long drive from Strasbourg but the brilliant staff in the bar and restaurant looked after us. Lovely French food and wine, and more in the evening for dinner, we will return.

A huge thank you for welcoming us and making our short stay so very comfortable. We really couldn’t have asked for more. It was such a short distance from the motorway, the rooms were spotless and clean and for 6 hours very comfortable but importantly your team, the reception staff and restaurant staff were fantastic. The gentleman that looked after us in the restaurant was amazing and really couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful.. The restaurant has been done beautifully, a lovely place to eat a perfect and very delicious dinner, home made rolls! The parking lot is secure and well lit as well so despite it being a commercial centre it felt safe. A perfect short stop just off the motorway. Thank you all. Kate and James Ps the baby foot for two competitive boys was just a perfect way to entertain them too! Thank you.
