Good interior design, staffs are friendly and place is so convenient. Historic hotel and many good decoration for photo taking. Although the guest room is not so big but full of old England style and hotel is neat. Breakfast is delicious and the front desk staffs are so helpful

stayed 5 nights…beautiful, classy hotel…not over the top fancy. just right. the ONLY thing i would say is that the butler service (the staff is so nice) is a bit too much…can pull back a little as it comes off a bit too insincere. but they are really professional…just don't interrupt my coffee with too much small talk. just let us know if we need anything that we can ask for them.
