Today I put the “ don’t disturb “ sign by my room & came back an hour later and found out that someone got into my room from housekeeping without my permission!!!! And what I got is an apology!!! Very disrespectful! I had so many private things in my room etc . I used to come to this hotel before & some of my jewelry was stolen ( a few years back) and of course I never got them back , so it seems that this hotel doesn’t respect their clients & maybe that is an internal agreement between the stuff & they support each other in invading the client’s privacy and finding reasons for that !

Our reservation was at our arrival not found. We made a reservation for two rooms via BCT TRAVEL Luxembourg. The check in after 9 pm had taken to many time: 20 minutes. Could be quicker? Our reservation was not found in the system? How is this possible. I had evidence for a booking of two rooms.

Very well located hotel, with extremely friendly staff. It is only a pity that the kitchen, quality and offering of food, is really bad.

The hotel location was really convenient since it took us only a few minutes to look around Geneve. The rooms were really beautiful, very clean and well kept. Only the food in il vero restaurant wasnt 10/10 but a solid 8,5/10. Would come again. Very luxurious.
