Well located but Lack of supervision of employees

Gmm Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

This is my second time to stay here. The staff did not give any benefit of Platinum member. First, the reception did not know that I am a platinum member and tell me that I did not reserve for breakfast. Second, I arrive the hotel at noon but in check-in online, I also told that I will be arrived before noon...So I cannot early check-in. Third, I ask for late check-out, they are only until noon. Forth, the room was not upgraded because of the occupancy, But when I checked in the ALL app, there was room left. Fifth, Interns or new staffs should not be allowed to welcome customer members because they cannot make any decisions. Even though there were senior employees standing there and there are no other customers they didn't help interns to service customers. Sixth, after all that problems, we ask for our rights intern talk to senior then senior give us more drinking coupons and said that sorry for cannot upgrade the room the coupon is for apologize!! But the drinking coupon is also our rights because the hotel didnot have lounge or afternoon tea. They are tricky and I did not feel any responsible of them. So, this is the last time, I stay here.

Exceeding hotel staff capacity

Both check-in and check-out long queues. And there is no express check-out system. No priority line. Additionally, went out 8:00 am with room cleaning tag, cleaning had not finished when I back the hotel at 2:00 pm. This is terrible for me.
