only gripe was the disappointing welcome drink. Accor ALL used to offer a cocktail to members, and if the resort did not have a bar, then an arrangement was made with a local bar.

Happy with the stay but disappointed by the condition of the room. It was old and outdated.

Good location. Not clean and outdated

Old and outdated. Dirty and uncleared in more areas of the unit. Missing cap for bathroom drain. Cockroaches were found in the kitchen. All that said, it was in a great location across from the beach. Just not as expected in the unit itself. We wouldn’t recommend

This was my 4th stay at this property and I always enjoy it especially the service however I am finding areas of the hotel looking pretty tired and in need of a deep clean both shared areas and within the rooms. Under the couch in our apartment was terrible and whilst i don't expect the furniture to be moved for each changeover this looked like years of build up. The balcony was in the same state as are many common areas now. There is so much to like about the property but it would really benefit from a deep clean n areas not covered by the daily housekeeping type maintenance.
