I'm sorry but I don't believe having to wash your mugs with a face washer in the bathroom is acceptable. Then having to ask for milk and tea bags to see you through for the next morning.nWe were out all day. Returned late afternoon and the room still wasn't made up. When the cleaner ( next door) saw us come back she said they were busy and short staffed! I have been an All Accor member but with the price this is poor and I wouldn't stay again.

My son went into surgery at the RCH and we needed a bed for the night while he was in ICU. The room was great - really comfortable and suited our needs. Because my room was clean, I was given an early check in which was so fabulous for me so I could go and rest. The hotel also went and placed a hold on the room for the next night in the event we needed it - this was really helpful.
