Really enjoyable experience. Food was great, especially the buffet breakfast. Great room with a very comfortable bed. Not far from a lot of restaurants. The pool was lovely and inviting and didn’t seem to be ever too crowded even though there was a lot of people staying there.

Our family has stayed at the Peppers Salt Resort & Spa Kingscliff for over 15 years now, and it has been the best family holiday spot for us. We stay in the oceanfront apartments, which have the best views of the ocean and pool. This is a relaxing holiday spot, just a walk to the beach, pool, bike riding, walking, and restaurants.

The experience in relation to the Simple request of a late check out saw us needing to move from a nice room, paying an additional nights accomodation and for a room I would expect at a 3 star motel. Staff unwilling to accomodate any deviation from the standard playbook it seems, that said Julie was brilliant if nothing else she showed empathy for the situation and at least made me feel as I’d been heard. You should promote her to run the place.
