When I booked my room the person I was speaking with was involved in a conversation. My booking was not what I expected. When I contacted the front desk and informed the staff that there was a mistake with my booking the girl on staff virtually called me a liar. I told her what occurred in my conversation and she told me I was wrong and that that would not have happened. I then had to book another room which I would have done if the person I spoke to originally had actually listened when I asking my questions. It was very unprofessional.
