This place is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the view is amazing. The grounds are a bit of a maze but it is a beautiful walk around and makes you feel you are somewhere tropical

The little cottages are nicely located within the very attractive jungle like landscaping but quite a way from the car parking. The car parking is very accessible to the general public. There are lots of facilities but with a one night stay, we did not access any.

The location is amazing but it has passed its prime and needs complete renovation. Room 35 that we were allocated was a disgrace, dirty, old uncomfortable furniture and the shower over the spa is dangerous,

Disappointing, the restaurant is not geared up for long stayers with only a limited selection that you’d expect from an Accor hotel. The wifi is extremely poor sometimes non existent and very weak at best, unable to make voice calls on the wifi Wifi is required due to no cell phone reception onsite. The walkway lights turn off at 3:55am which made it very unsafe trying to navigate the pathways in total darkness at 5am. Had pointed this out to reception on 3 occasions but it appeared to be put in the too hard basket. The site has so much potential if managed to a standard that is acceptable for 2024 and not 1984. So all in all a very disappointing experience.
