Your front desk staff was awesome for the start and our room view on the 32nd floor part ocean/part city was amazing!!! Everything I needed to do attend IVAT at the convention center was convenient and walking distance. Your service is awesome!! I hope I get to experience the same the next time I plan on coming to Oahu. We will definitely be back at the Ala Moana by Mantra.

I felt the price was a little high for the room itself but I guess it’s Hawai’i, and being in Honolulu you are going to spend some money. The location was great. Close to the Ala Moana Center for shopping and food and quick walk to Waikiki. The room was small, no balcony but it did have a sliding door. The tv isn’t a smart tv so you are limited to few cable shows. Also the bathroom wasn’t super clean, mold along the inside of the sink and hair in the shower. But overall a nice place to stay.

When we first arrived it smelled like smoke outside of the room and the microwave was open. We thought someone just burnt something inside of the micro We opened the windows to air out the suite We let the maid know who was cleaning she said she’d let downstairs know also We went shopping and cooked . At about 8 pm same night we still smelled it like strong wires burning or something not right so we called the front desk and the promptly moved us to a different suite 5 floors up. Thank you for being efficient with that! I think for future times just having someone like the maids or something to check the smell of the rooms before having someone check in because of inconvenience
