The staff at the hotel were fantastic and polite, from security guards and hotel porters. At the lounge, we asked them what my nephew (3 years old) could eat. Staff worked out with the chef and cooked for my little one. At the night's end, my sister got sick, I rang the operator, and she tried to help us. Thank you for your excellent service.

I stayed at a hotel from April 5-7, 2024. Initially, I informed the staff about an early check-in, but they failed to provide the welcome letter and snack that Accorplus members are entitled to. Throughout my stay, no one came to clean the room, and when I requested additional water, it took an unreasonably long time for them to deliver it. Despite the basement parking lot being empty, the staff insisted I park outdoors during the scorching weather. This was my third visit, but it fell far short of my expectations.
