The building is super close to the Myeongdong Night Market. Plenty of restaurants are in the area and the hotel is near a few train stations. The staff were super helpful. We mainly spoke with Yun. She was sweet and made sure that we were very informed. The staff speaks English well and were able to communicate with us easily.

Amazing hotel !!! Staff is super friendly and super helpful (speak perfect english so thats a big plus!). Expect a great stay in a walkable area very near a subway station! Also hotel hqs very fast wifi and rooms are extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel to all my close friends and family if they visit Seoul.

Very convenient to airport bus stop, shopping and eatery places and very easy to get around.

The room is clean especially the toilet and bathroom. Staff is honest and friendly. Even though it is near the roads but its quiet to rest. I particularly like the air conditioner which is individually controlled to adjust to our liking. This was the second time i had stayed. I will do so again whn I am in seoul in the near future. Thankyou for the assistance and making my stay so pleasant.

The hotel and rooms are clean, looks generally new. However there was insufficient facilities. The wifi in the room was very poor and can't use laptop/phone to do work at all. Surprisingly, we didn't expect wifi can be an issue in Seoul. We stayed for 5 nights and need to use washing machine. However, there are 20 storey of rooms but there's only 1 washing machine in the hotel. I have to queue to use it and by the time the airdry is done, it's already 1am. Typically hotels of this scale that stayed before will have at least 3 washing machines available. The hotel rooms are clean and staff are friendly. However, the above are deal breakers for me if I were to choose this hotel again for my next visit in Seoul.

Good hotel for a trip to Meyongdong

The hotel was very comfortable! The bed and room was very comfy and appreciated the water on arrival. The buffet breakfast would have been better with more options for Western food and some food was already gone when there was still 2hrs left of service.
