Stayed for four nights. Location is very good. However we have noticed on checking in, room wasn't properly cleaned. There were food remains on the floor. Window view was blocked by the bed even though we requested for a room with a proper external view. Very congested room for a four member family. On the last night of stay, there wasn't any face tissue in the toilet which ran out the previous day and was not replaced by room service and there was no response from reception for chat messages, but later replaced by room service personnel.

Over the course of a European Business Trip I stayed at the Novotel Wien Hauptbanhof hotel three times. The room was nice and well kitted out. The service was inconsistent and the breakfast buffet was, in my opinion, ridiculously over priced.
