I am still waiting for the invoice promised to be sent by e-mail, two e-mails asking for it again have not been answered at all. Ibis is a simple hotel with good, reliable quality, so good for business travel but it is unacceptable that you do not get your invoice.

Only negative thing: some people very often visiting my room during the day: door was knocked and opened. When seeing my room card on the wall, door closed immediately. I don't know who and why tried to enter.

We had a good stay at the Ibis Hauptbahnhof. The location of the hotel is very central as it's right next to the train-, metro- and tram station, which will bring you with 10 minutes right into the city center. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. When we visit Vienna again, we will definitely be coming back to this hotel.
