Staff lovely, bus to the beach excellent and excellent location. Room dark and curtains difficult to open and aircon leaked, causing mold on the curtains.

As a family had booked a junior suite but it was not in good shape, the furniture was broken and room had no space to move and the flush was getting stuck. Thanks to the manager she moved us to two adjoining rooms which were better but expect much better from Accor hotels.

Have been stayed there bc of my birthday husband. And req for bday cake and voila! They make it soooo nice. Bday cake in the room before check in and little msg on the mirror. Love it! the pool view room thing is a good idea for my toddler. Shes soooo happy. Thank you Mercure :)
