Needs more attention

Although the host have placed with the hotel a deposit towards breakfast yet on the first day when we wanted to have breakfast we were asked to pay for it. I explained there was a deposit placed against the breakfast, the restaurant called the reception, the reception knew nothing about it. Finally I offered to pay for breakfast, even that was denied as they wanted the money in Armenian currency whilst I had only US $ on me. We left without breakfast. It took the host to come in person to the hotel and have a strong talk with reception/management who agreed that there was an error on the hotel's side. A better communication system between the inter-hotel departments is certainly needed.

to make a reservation you have to give extra money that you won't ruin the room They treat customers with disrespect

Good location but noisy street below

Air conditioning was not working so had to open the window for ventilation. Due to the heat and the the noisy street below it was hard to get a good night sleep. Too late to cancel the reservation. In my travels I have never stayed in a hotel that would turn off air-conditioning. Poor choice. Will not stay again here. The only good thing was location as the centre attractions were walkable.
