I am an old client, stayed with you all over the Europe and will do so. I always get here what I need after a busy day: clean and warm room, hot shower and comfortable bed.

Main issues are pillows are not comfortable, toilet door was hurting the hand due to bad installation, not enough towels for 2 people stay. Also, there is no complementary coffee/tea in the room and no toothbrush (even cheap one is not provided). Shower gel and shampoo are so-so.

According to the standard of the Ibis hotel chain, there are 2 large towels and 1 foot towel in standard rooms, but we will always be happy to bring an additional set if required. We kindly ask you to contact the reception at any time convenient for you and we will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. Also, tea stations are located only in Premium rooms, and therefore, there is a cooler with hot and cold water on each residential floor, and a 24-hour lobby bar is located on the 1st floor of the hotel. Thank you for these comments, we will definitely take them into account, because each of our guests helps us to become better. I hope you will come to us again! Everything was fine. Only one minor detail, which is that towels was changed in an odd fashion: one day there were 4 towels, next day 3, and the last day only 2 left. I was a little bit afraid if I would be charged for the lost towels.
