Quick and easy check in and check out. Super convenient location for my requirements and had all the amenities I needed (ironing board, hair dryer, kettle). For instant coffee availability something other than Nescafe would be my only recommendation

We need a night accommodation. You had a good single nights rate. When you get ther it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in in my life. As a gold member I expected better.

The checkin was very slow . Roughly 25 mins . A single staff member struggled to check in the guests arriving . She appeared disinterested

Good location but noisy

Hotel is in a good location and hotel team are friendly & helpful. My last night was ridiculously noisy, with someone vacuuming at 10pm and lots of banging doors and loud talking, with no consideration for people sleeping (this was a Monday evening). This is a city hotel, so will get street noise but I am used to that. Street noise
