I am a platinum member of all Accor and I have not been up graded in any nights of my stayed which was over a week, we traveled with two kids and I have to ask the housekeeper for two nights to remove all alcoholic drink from the suite, and I ask to have an upgrade to my suite in any kind either two bedroom suite or adding a room next two our suite where the kids can stay however, we haven't get an upgrade. On the other hand, it was a terrible experience in regards of car park we have to use two elevators and getting out the building to park our car, whereas the vale will charge 475 Tl per each time you ask to park.

The accommodations were fantastic, and the staff provided outstanding service. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety of food and the staff was so helpful, Special thanks to Ahmet avci. The pillows were the fluffiest ever! Highly recommend staying at Fairmont quasar istanbul.

Great experience to stay at Fairmont. Everything went perfectly )).. The breakfast was delicious with outstanding service. Special thanks to Ahmet Avci and Emre . Highly recommend to have a few nice days in the heart of Istanbul to get short way to Bosporus .

Fantastic staff, very attentive and friendly. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Has very good meeting rooms and nice restaurants. Food is very good too and the beds are large and comfortable. Bathrooms have lovely large bathtubs. Would use this hotel again
