We sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations and for any disappointment you experienced during your stay. We understand that the room did not meet your expectations for a 5-star experience. We appreciate your feedback and have taken note of it for future stays. Regarding breakfast, your feedback is most unusual as we get very positive comments generally. I apologize if it did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback about the overall state of the hotel. We have engaged a design company and are planning to commence room enhancements early 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the weather affecting the pool enjoyment during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and would like to extend our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered during your stay. We understand the importance of a smooth check-in process, and we are sorry for any confusion caused by the name change request. We have taken note of your feedback to ensure that such situations are handled more efficiently in the future. I can see it was noted however we should have completely removed your name from the booking. Regarding the spa experience, we are truly sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the lack of hospitality shown and the disturbance caused during the massage. Your comments have been shared with our Spa Manager for their attention. We are also disappointed to learn about the cleanliness issues in your room. Please rest assured that we take hygiene very seriously, and we have addressed your feedback with our housekeeping team to ensure that such oversights are avoided in the future. We understand your disappointment with the overall state of the room, and we want to assure you that we have plans in place to enhance our rooms. We have engaged a design company, and room enhancements are scheduled to commence from early 2025. We regret that our attempts to rectify the situation did not meet your expectations.
