Just want to say a big thank you to the hotel team for looking after our every need during our stay. Thank you so much for entertaining my 3 year old son. We have so much good memories that will stay with us forever. Special thanks to Jackilyn at the breakfast buffet for making sure my son was looked after. You guys are amazing.

Beautiful room and spectacular view of the beach and boardwalk. The staff, in particular the manager and Allen and Myint from the member’s lounge were friendly and attentive to all our needs. I also want to thank the chef who made our anniversary treat. It was sublime and I wish I could get it in Canada for my birthday. Looking forward to our return to the Fairmont The Palm.

The hotel is in a great location and very clean , the restaurants are very nice and not over crowded , the pool staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you shakeel looked after us very well , we would recomend this hotel and happily stay here again .
