Teddy the Concierge is very friendly and attentive. He is very sympathetic and put always a smile on our face. Best man!!!! You can reach everything very fast from the Hotel. The cleanliness is also good. The breakfast could be more deverse.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and cleaning is good. I stayed for 1 month relocating from my country for a new job and the company put me here. It was a good choice the location is near DIFC and downtown and metro station is just under the hotel so it is easily accessible.

Even the room service taste so good the club sandwich very delicious you should try it 👍🏼

Amazing service and very clean rooms and the lighting and the view everything is amazing afordbal prices and Salmaan the receptionist very humble and generous with us and Iqbal the housekeeper very nice and kind thank you Fairmont Hotel for the best experience ever

Breakfast is good here.. and staff was good.. and especially mandeep done perfect service for us.. great job buddy.. god bless you always ..and you make karak chai well… when you come Dubai must stay in Fairmont… you guys feel like home.. 😊😊 love from Pakistan✌🏻
