If you want quality of service and professional staff, go to the Pacific Rim. Couldn't be more impressed with the professional team, from the check-in and room upgrade, through to the restaurant meals, the pacific rim sets itself up there with the best in the world. Do yourself a favour and stay with the hotel that exceeds all expectations.

The hotel was great! Staff was very polite and extremely friendly. The housekeeper was excellent! We were very impressed with our experience there. Could not have a better location. We travel often and this was one of our favorite hotels we stayed in. Thank You

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pac Rim, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service provided by their receptionist Hannah. When I found myself in need of a room on short notice, she went above and beyond to accommodate my request with efficiency and grace. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service is paramount. I now try to stay at Fairmonts for all my business travel when possible. Thank you again Hannah!

Shockingly bad service and response

I can't believe the service at this supposed 5 star hotel. I booked a nice room as I have visited the hotel several times before. I came back around 4:30 pm after leaving the room early in the am somewhat surprised to find the room not made up. I called and was told that I could call when I was ready. When I called back to have the room cleaned I was told that it was not possible since they only clean until 5:30 pm. I mean it's not a big deal to be delayed in cleaning. What is not 5 star is having the guest beg to have a room cleaning that should have been done in the first place. That's certainly a first for me at a supposed 5 star hotel
