No daily room cleaning, no daily towels change. Got the room cleaned 1 time in 1 week (only because I actively asked for that). Spiders webs on the corners between roof and walls. Very dusty environment in the room. Breakfast is simply a joke: you have to order in advance (the day before) from an extremely poor menu. Breakfast is served in a super small room underground (5 tables at all), the reception will tell you "if there are no free tables you can grab your breakfast and bring it in your room"... (Where your table and your living space is ridiculously small). No services at all, no bar, no restaurant, nothing. Just a room. They should name it hostel, not hotel.

I stayed twice at this hotel. Since i had to cancel my vacations due to Covid i decided to take a road trip through France and stopped in Paris twice. There is no parking directly at the hotel but there is a parking garage not far from hotel (maybe 400 meters tops), which was very reasonably priced (17€ for 24 hours) and safe. Since the only thing i didn’t want to do is drive in Paris, that was perfect. The hotel is situated right next to the subway station, from where you can get directly to Champs-Élysées in under 20 minutes. Also it was not very complicated to get to Versailles, so perfect! There is also a huge Supermarket (Monoprix) in walking distance (not even 5 minutes) and everything you might possibly need. The hotel itself is on a busy street but the windows are good so i wasn’t bothered by the noise or anything and slept very well. Very decent spacious room (even with AC!) and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast due to Covid was extremely limited (you had to choose what you wanted the day before then pick it up and have it in your room), but considering the current situation it is completely ok! So all in all a very nice hotel, can recommend and would stay here again myself.

The hotel staff is very friendly, very nice, and very professional. They try their best to satisfy their clients during their entire stay. With very high professionalism and very politely the staff tried their best to even accommodate my request for an early check-in and for a late check-out on my departure. Many thanks to all of them.

Stayed three nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite adequate. Rooms on the small side and a bit difficult to store things without any proper furniture. I had room 201 which had its own bathroom. Shower was good. My friend stayed in another room and he said his shower was part of his room. They have air conditioning and my room was kept lovely and cool even when I went out - a definite plus point when the weather is 30C plus! The hotel is in a good area from what I saw and within reasonable walking distance for Rock en Seine In summary, highly recommended and I would return.
