Room layout is good, although the windows are pretty narrow. However I think its good, since Bangkok weather is very hot so the heat don't really seep into the room. Hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The bed is comfortable and the toilets are clean. Towels are changed and trash are thrown everyday during room service.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Ablr to accomdate request on the spot. They are also able to advice on places to visit and how we can get there. Best thing is that u can get room service a few times in a day! Will come back and stay again.

走廊里和房间里都是一股下水道的臭味，把下水口都堵起来，把空调开到最大拼命吹也没用，太难闻了

All good, the room is clean, the place is very near with MRT and bus station. The place also near with malls, even though it is a little bit far from the center of the city. The staffs are also nice. The price is worth for this place. Suitable for couple or family too

The staff and the amenities are both amazing. I will highly recommend the place to my friends and I will surely come back in thailand and book hotel here. I hope that they will sustain this kind of service moving forward to keep the tourist going back to thailand.
