Very friendly welcome at check in, fast check out, comfortable bed. Noisy church bells in the morning, and overall impression that it has not aged well. Carpet was stained and the bathtub looked just awful. Not a nice sight first thing in the morning.

Clean but a bit worn

We stopped at this hotel to break up our drive back to Berlin. It is in a good location by the river and one can walk into the city center. The staff seemed very nice and we felt welcomed at check in. They had a good wheelchair accessible room and we appreciated the small refrigerator. The room was spacious and clean but did appear well worn with stains on the carpet and very basic furnishings. However the hotel was priced fairly, it was quiet in the room and we slept very well.

Our youngest child unfortunately tripped and badly cut his head whilst at the hotel. In a flash on seeing him the hotel were out with bandages and ice packs and an ambulance was called, they were so incredibly helpful and understanding we can't thank them enough This over and above attention to detail and a lovely and warm welcome and always asking what more we needed Has always been so and have stayed there four times over the last 8 years turning up each time with an extra child Thank you

We were also happy that you visited us again and we enjoyed meeting your family. Please come again, warm greetings from the Mercure Hotel Schweinfurt

Good Hotel located in the congress center (the entrance is the usual one). Fairly large and clean room overlooking the River Main. In our type of room the drink from the mini-bar was included but had to be taken at the reception. Ordinary breakfast. The only remark that we feel like making is for the restaurant: apart from the very kind waitress, the praise ends here. I find it quite inconceivable to choose between two starters and two main dishes in a restaurant of a renowned chain such as Mercure; better not to offer this service.

Spent only one night at Mercure Schweinfurt Maininsel and have to say that I was a little bit disappointed. First of all as a silver member should have become a free voucher for a drink. Nothing came I had to ask for it. Not really fell welcome. Secondly there is no shower protection in room 314. Bread and croissant for breakfast absolutely not at the expected level, both like smooth sponge, due to the weather ? WIFI in room 314 very slow !!! Apart from this nice and convenient location, you can easily reach the town by foot.

We regret that you were not completely satisfied with our service. Thank you for your suggestions. The team at the Mercure Hotel Schweinfurt would be happy to come back
