位置不错，前台服务态度也挺好。但是有些部门的效率不够高。我第一晚叫了个餐，打电话让人收餐具，但是一晚上都没有人过来，第二天我下午要在房间会见一位客人，中午12:00的时候我就打电话预约了打扫房间的时间，希望能够在13点左右开始打扫，这样我15:00见客人，时间充裕的，但是一直到快14:00都没有人来打扫，后来是我再次让前台催促打扫房间才有人来打扫，以至于那天我不得不让客人推迟15分钟见面，所以这反映出我们的有些部门效率不是很高，希望这一点以后可以改进。

Derek Zoey MING are so sweet and considerable, we had a greatest birthday party yesterday. dishes are great as well. and we all love the music and the chill vibe. Definitely gonna come back!! I specifically love the cocktail and wine! Not to mention the night view here is gorgeous!

I booked 2 nights initially with Fairmont Chengdu. When I checked in, the stuff was friendly and professional. I was upgraded to luxury room. The room is spacious with a view of Tianfu Avenue - The world's longest city central axis and Century City - The World's biggest stand-alone building. Amazing! The room is clean and well equipped, large comfortable bed with bed end bench, automatic window sheer and shutter, study desk and chairs, Nesspresso coffee machine and capsule just like at home. Universal sockets even fit my UK plugs. The bathroom is bright and spacious, it shows high standard. Smart toilet and shower are separate and both are well-functional. What impressed me most is the big walk-in wardrobe you don't normally see in other hotels. The hotel is 50 metres away from C and D Exits of Century City tube Station of Line 1 and 18, getting to Tianfu airport is only 30-40 minutes on line 18, and similar time to Tianfu Square on another direction on line 1. The breakfast is also very good, plenty of choices. I planned to stay in other hotel in the city centre for the next 3 nights, but I cancelled it and continued staying in Fairmont Chengdu. And when I finished my trip in other cities, I stayed another night there, equally happy stay again. I really enjoyed staying in Fairmont Chengdu, and I will definitely choose it again when I am in Chengdu next time.

Stayed one night as part of a tour. Overall facility is kept in good condition, but there are signs that it is dated in terms of decor. Had dinner at the Cantonese restaurant on site but other than the excellent bbq pork, other dishes were ordinary and not particularly authentic Cantonese. Similarly for the buffet breakfast, average selection, nothing to write home about. Minor nit pick against the brand, bathroom basin on the side had a hair so housekeeping didn’t wipe thoroughly post last stay.
