This is our second time staying at the hotel and it really doesn't disappoint. We had an amazing staying on the half board package, with great service throughout. Rooms are cleaned twice a day, restaurants offer great choice, pools are amazing, it has its own private beach and a great gym. My only small feedback would be why they charge half board customers (or hotel guests in general) for water in the restaurants. It's the same water as available in our rooms for free, hence does it make sense to charge for this?

Amazing hotel, the rooms were cleaned everyday! Food was amazing, hotel staff very friendly, reasonable prices in the hotel also. Kangkana was very helpful with cleaning our room and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely return to this hotel.

First time in Dubia. Excellent hotel, we came on recommendation and not disappointed. Very pleasant and efficient staff. Extremely helpful all times from reception to beach team. The concierge service were knowledgeable and provided greatcadvice. Restaurant was delightful, super choice of cuisine. The little pub was very nice. The room was beautifully serviced during our stay. Whole team was a credit to the Fairmont.

Sajith at the pool side bar was amazing! First class service Made our experience brilliant , he went above and beyond for us all. Always ensured that we had what ever we wanted. Very happy and willing to get to know everyone. Made a fanatic red wine sangria, which I’d highly recommend

Amazing experience. Rooms were of an extremely high standard. Service was brilliant, particularly from Shakeel at the poolside. He went over and above every time and nothing was too much for him. Thank you very much, look forward to our next stay.
