We were recently stranded in Dubai due to the flooding and ended up being welcomed at the Fairmont. What a fabulous place. We really couldn't fault it - rooms clean, beds comfy, food at buffet delicious. Staff very friendly and smiling. Highly recommend.

Great Ambience and experience. I would always stay at Fairmont anytime I visit Fairmont because it's home away from home

The ambience in the hotel is top notch. The beds are very comfortable There are various facilities like the theatre,the pool area and the spa to add to your experience. Great customer service especially from Rodrick, Piumi and Su I really loved it here!

Excellent place to stay, the room was always made up at the perfect times, without any interruption, and to such high standard by Iqbal. Great guy. The facilities in the hotel made it a great experience even when in business, I managed to enjoy leisure times.

I stayed at the Fairmont for the MEE. The room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed. The hotel is well suited to business due to its amenities and location My stay was made comfortable by all involved. In particular, I found cleaner Iqbal to be most efficient, professional, helpful and kind. He is a true credit to the Fairmont. Food at Caro was great and so were the drinks at CinCin. I recommend staying at the Fairmont.

We had amazing stay room was very clean and fresh lobby was very good near to dubai mall and future museum nice I loved it. Dubai Airport also very near from this hotel only 15 minutes I reached at hotel. All the staff was good. I like the restaurant food very delicious and the person was there Mr. Mandeep he did good takecare of us during our stay. Excellent service by him. Thank you so much. I will definitely visit again.
