We had a wonderful 2 night stay here in an Executive King suite room on the 34th floor. Super views, spacious room access to the executive lounge on the 33rd floor (which was lovely), and a great breakfast at the restaurant on the 36th floor. Convenient location, comfortable bed, and excellent staff throughout. Bathroom slightly dated but overall a fantastic stay!

We loved our stay here. The hotel is perfectly located in the Namba station area, so Namba and the surrounding area is easily walkable. But you’ve also got easy access to the subway to get around the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, staff was incredibly helpful, and our room was large with a great view of Osaka. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Location is ideal. Just above the big transport hub with links to the airport, most of Osaka, Nara and a few subway stops from the Shinkansen. Our welcome at the front desk was lovely. As gold members we appreciated the amenity and drink vouchers. No upgrade was available but we were proactively offered a late checkout. Some local knowledge was provided for finding the best food. Executive room was spacious enough but the bathroom is showing its age and the high-sided bath / shower isn’t so friendly to older guests. The executive lounge was full every night. The food offerings were generous (many clearly used it as dinner given the feeding frenzy) and there was wine, beer and cocktails available from 5 to 7pm. Breakfast in the lounge was continental with a small cooked to order menu available Wednesdays and weekends. Wifi and aircon worked well.
