My sister and I, together with friends, have just spent three days at The Savoy in London. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, if not the best. The hotel staff were fantastic - extremely friendly, and efficient. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts at the beautiful Thames Foyer, had fun times at the iconic American Bar, and a memorable meal at Gordon Ramsey Michelin star 1890 restaurant. Our rooms were gorgeous, quiet, the beds extremely comfortable, and the turndown service exemplary. We definitely plan a return trip, and, in fact, have already booked it!

Words just can not do it justice. The staff, the bar, the food, the drinks and on top of that the amazing suites. The iconic American Bar is stunning, the tasting menu from 1890 was so creative, the flavours were outstanding. Our art deco suite was sublime. Our thanks to the Hotel Manager and all the staff for creating such a memorable experience.

The hotel is amazing. All of the employees are at the very top of their game. From check in to departure. The hotel manager is incredible. It is a consistently luxurious, yet welcoming experience. Dinner at 1890. The American Bar. The Thames Room. The Reading Room. The suites are unbelievable. The turn down service is impeccable. Everything was beyond expectations. An iconic yet modern experience. Thank you to all at the Savoy, London

From start to end, The Savoy once again proved to be the best place we've stayed in London. The service was amazing. The rooms were just beautiful and spacious. We will be returning again in May and can't wait to visit again. We got rooms with partial river views, but those were special and the river was very visible.

This is hotel is wonderful. I stayed four nights, and left feeling that I could not have been better looked after. I was hoping for beauty, comfort and quiet, but the bonuses I had not expected were unalloyed care and friendliness - everywhere. I would especially like to thank… 1 Chanique in reservations. Because of her pride in the hotel and her wish to look after me even though I was simply a possible visitor on the phone, I chose the hotel above all others I rang. 2 Rose in the Thames Foyer. The breakfast spread was magnificent, but Rose made it even better by simple politeness and a sense of fun. Such staff do you proud and turn a wonderful hotel into wonderful temporary home. Thank you.
