Very convenient to just walk to your room rather than calling for the shuttle or ubering to another hotel to stay overnight. We were flying out again the next morning so just wanted to get some sleep upon arriving at 2 a.m. It was elegant and very clean

Hotel is conveniently located. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Staff are professional and efficient. Hotel amenities are top notch. Although hotel is located at the airport it is very quiet. Great location if you have connecting flights!

Being pampered after having a flight delayed that destroyed connections was a much needed antidote to the day. Everything was lovely from my room to the concierge lounge to dining in the restaurant listening to live music from the cocktail lounge. What an unexpected treat at an airport!

A lovely stay! Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The booking and check out process were simple. Staff members were very friendly and welcoming as well, which made us feel welcome and relaxed after a long trip. I would highly recommend if you’re transiting through Vancouver airport.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Each time has been excellent. Everything from the bellman greeting you on the lower level to check out was perfect. The bellman and check-in staff were very helpful and courteous. when I opened the door to the room, soft music was playing which was very welcome after a long day of travelling. The Jetside bar has a relaxed atmosphere and live music nightly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I call this place "Home" when I travel through Vancouver.
