We had the best time here, everyone was the kindest, Neha, Vanessa and the whole crew where wonderful with the hospitality, the room was very pretty with a big bathroom, the bed very comfy and the building is wonderful and very well located. We went for n our honeymoon and I couldn’t think of a more romantic place.

We recently booked a staycation at the Fairmont Palliser for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 6 and 8). We loved the great location of the hotel-- walking distance to so many places downtown. The kids had a blast at the pool, and we all found our room very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay!

Thank you to the Concierge team on the Fairmont Gold level at the Fairmont Paliser in Calgary. To the warm welcome on check-in to the farewell at check out we could not have asked for a better team for our stay from April 20-20 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Cecilia, thank you for securing such a wonderful venue at major Tom’s for my husband‘s birthday. Your customer service and caring gestures made our evening memorable. The restaurant was everything you described wonderful food, fabulous energy, and incredible views of Calgary and the Rocky Mountains. Thank you again for making my husband’s birthday so special. Anne Thank you for having room 801 prepared for our arrival from the chilled Prosecco, to the lovely chocolate cake and the charcuterie board. My husband appreciated the thoughtfulness of thinking of him on his special day. Vanessa, thank you very much for making a special delivery to our room of pastries, hot coffee. You went above and beyond by delivering this lovely surprise and your customer service skills should be recognized and we thank you again Jill thank you very much for extending our check out time so we could have a lazy birthday. The Fairmont Palliser is one of the best hotels to stay in Calgary, but mostly because of their staff from Paul who delivered our baggage to the doorman taking care of our vehicle and the incredible Concierge team thank you for making Ken ‘s birthday so special. We look forward to staying at the Fairmont Palliserin the near future.

Was here as an employee from another hotel the Fairmont Lake Louise. Hawthorne has great breakfast and Dinner. Renatta is a great server. Also Trent from check in was great. Hotel is clean has great hot tub and pool and I was fortunate enough to be upgraded.

To whom it may concern, My name is Shawayne Dunstan and during this month (April 2024) I decided to stay at my first Fairmont and I must say, I was delighted by the experience. The staff and services were absolutely divine. Although I was on business, I was greeted with tremendous energy no matter if I was arriving or departing. Much appreciation to Neil in guest services for his knowledge and kindness. Sarah and Yana in Front desk were terrific. Cindy’s compassion captivated me in the restaurant. The managers I encountered attended to my needs and responded promptly. The staff and property genuinely made me appreciate and remain aware of why I do what I do, the love of people and experiences through encounters. The card in my room was the cherry on top. Shoutout to the housekeepers, engineers and support staff I encountered as well. I am utterly thankful. For you all, I hope this year brings joy, growth and love. For now is now so thank you all for going over and above. I will be back as soon as I can. Round of applause everyone, cheers. Mr. Dunstan
