Thanks for the complimentary snacks. Great vibes, comfortable atmosphere and service staff that were very attentive. The prices of drinks were very reasonable during happy hour. Chris was very friendly and made our trip here so much more enjoyable.

The Guest Experience Team (Celeste, Dinah, Marc and Irene) as well as the Housekeeping Team prepared personal touches to the room that made the whole stay very memorable and delightful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and of a very high standard. Everything was perfect and I had a very enjoyable time.

Fantastic service by Osbron. Friendly server and knowledgeable on the desserts as well. The desserts are good as well. Environment is super relaxing and their ambience is comfortable as well. I will definitely be back again in near future.

Hi tea at 1864. The food and tea were excellent. Our server, Osborn was awesome, she was very friendly and cheerful, she made our high tea experience. 10/10 will recommend to friends. The sulwhasoo collaboration is great, should have more event like this
