I would like to compliment Kris and Ben for making our high tea experience a spectecular one! My best friend and I were constantly wowed and surprised throughout and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We were appreciative of the chips to balance our taste buds as well as the frequent check in. Really recommendable, spontaneous and go the extra mile sevice once again by Kris and Ben. They deserve some form of award and commendation!💯

Came for sofitel x sulwhasoo high tea, the food was amazingly nice. Portion was just right. What’s even better is the staff, they were all polite & friendly. Particularly Kris Wenz Ben, thumbs up to his service passion. Keep it up! Enjoyed my high tea session today!

Good service was fast, paired with premium TWG teas. Pleasantly surprised with the menu for the ginseng infusion, savoury dishes was a hit, and sweet dishes are a good balance. Not to mention the cute beauty samples provided for each diner.
