Eidil is very welcoming with a big smile. He informed us that the club Sandwich has fries on the side so no need to order separately and be careful with bird and peacocks 😆 which is very nice of him. We have pleasant experience here. Will recommend.

We had a large group of 50 for Sunday brunch and were looked after by Michelle Cath. 5* service and great fun. The food and alcohol package was good value.

Amazing vibe pool and food and service. Thank you @Michelle. We have champagne brunch there recently for a bday. The seafood was amazing and the service was lovely. Chilling by the pool after was a lovely ending to the day. Best to go and book a staycation to relax and unwind

I’m still in the luxury room right now. It’s 10.49pm and there is NO ONE at the concierge desk to pick up the phone. I have been ringing the past 15 minutes. If there is any danger or problem with the customer, I think we will all be dead by now. The phone is also constantly engaged and not able to get through. This is terrible service for a place like this. Our check in was also delayed an hour. The room is clean but very worn out. The furnitures look old and needs some upkeeping. The corridors of the rooms are very dirty with leaves and animal poop randomly. Be careful when you walk. And there are many mosquitoes. Spray your repellent!
