First time visiting Sentosa Island and have been so impressed with this hotel, it's a true 5 Star experience. The whole place is stylish and elegant. The staff are warm, welcoming and attentive. The breakfast is excellent and the level of service in the restaurant is outstanding. Special mention to the Restaurant Manager, Ms Michelle, as she runs a worls-class operation. Amazing. Thanks to all the team and the Duty Manager, Charisma for being so helpful and making it a great stay.

The Cliff proves to be the pinnacle of gastronomy

My husband and I dined at The Cliff restaurant in May. The food was delicious, with quite a few vegetarian options to cater to my dietary requirements. The spices in the vegetarian risotto were well balanced and lovely. The highlight of the evening was the wonderful dark chocolate lava cake - a nondescript brown cake that fell apart to reveal the most delectable, thick, chocolate lava whose consistency lent itself to a fulfilling gastronomic experience. A perfect finish to a wonderful meal! Thanks in particular to Adrian and Rey, our patient waiters who went the extra mile to print a photo of my husband and myself, to make it a fantastic dining experience!

I would like to thank The Cliff team for such a wonderful dining experience! Great food great staff! Wonderful atmosphere! Went with my friends for a quick dinner catch up, thank you Rey, Mani, Adrian and Emma for accommodating us, despite being very busy we received very good service, thank you guys for going extra mile ) will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time at Sofitel Sentosa. The moment we step in Sofitel, we are greeted with warmth welcome and friendly smile. After that, our room is ready upon arrival, and the staff had taken his time to slowly explain how we should go about in the hotel, the facilities, how we can go to the nearest beach, and etc. The best thing, he took his time to walk us to our room. What a wonderful hospitality he had given to us. Love it. At Kwee Zeen, the restaurant manager Thomas, is very attentive to details, he had recommended us the variety of foods that suites us. Thank you. The restaurant staff, Catherine, she served us with passion. She always ensures, our plates are cleared, for our next food, and at the same time, efficient delivering our orders. Thank you. Menu planner, Maqing, the hero that works behind the scene, to ensures we have a good selections of food that we are spoiled with choices and the taste of the is authentic. It is obviously that every food prepared is with hearts and attentive to cleanliness. In summary, we had a wonderful stay in Sofitel Sentosa, food is good, room is fantastic. Thank you to all staff in Sofitel Sentosa. 👍👍

When i arrived at the lobby, there was a huge smell of cigar smoke which isnot a good start. The hotel layout is huge and complicated. Directional signage terrible. I got lost twice trying to find my room. Wifi in 352 is poor with bad sihnal. Lighting switches are dated and not easy to use.
