Clean, efficient and a great stay thanks. I have 3 questions as follows: firstly where is the perimeter fence between the hotel and the pavement? And wht was the big front gate left open, surely better for security? But mainly why do u guys employ such people at reception please? The reception lady was VERY rude and negative and totally unprofessional so I almost decided to go elsewhere. Please, she should not be employed next time I will change hotels.

I have stayed many times at the nextdoor Ibis Style and this time it was peak season so the prices had risen considerably so I chose the Budget version to save 40 Euro. And I think that I will stay here again because the room was excellent and the car park is shared with nextdoor so closed at night with a gate. They have recently closed the Budget reception so now you have to check in next door and then you have a room number and a key code to enter your room. The room was clean and perfectly equipped for a brief stay. I arrived at about 7pm, left my bag and walked to the Carrefour self service for some dinner, great place. So I hit my room for a shower and then bed at 9pm ish and left at 3am Sunday to head home. Perfect for a brief stay!!!

I was apprehensive at staying in a budget property but, if this is typical of the Ibis standard, I would highly recommend it. The rooms are of course small and the guest areas very limited but it does what it says on the tin - immaculately clean, superb value, a very good breakfast (although at a supplementary charge) and - at least in this Sallanches property, just off the A40, in sight of Mont Blanc - the most friendly, helpful and cheerful front of house staff you could ever hope to encounter. Housekeeping very good, rooms well designed and little things impress - wifi logs straight on without the need to input the tiresome personal detail that much grander properties seem to think appropriate. Its a real pleasure to experience effortless and genuine hospitality, although of course the folk here are of course exceptionally friendly and seem to actually enjoy their work! The lovely town is only 5 mins by car and there's a Carrefour and retail park right next door - with a bar/restaurant Au Bureau that is pretty good too. All in all highly recommended.

Great hotel for a night or two. We stayed here for two nights 6 days apart. Very clean room, new, modern and basic. Comfortable bed and great staff. Tony on reception was great with our little boy (3 years old) and went the extra mile. Will stay again for sure!

I stayed in ibis budget for four nights and my stay here was beyond my expectations . In short great value for money, cleanliness , especially measures against Corona was outstanding ( from gloves and mask in breakfast to great attention towards distance and hygiene ) . What made my stay super wonderful was the helpful and super cheerful staff. From General manager who made me best cappuccino and ordered s taxi for me to the super smiling friendly ladies at reception . Breakfast was great with food options . Room itself was like brand new, clean bed linen , towels ( smells fresh as new ) and great view of Mont blanc . All is all , a great , clean and comfortable place to call home for few days . And staff which deserve my great respect as they are the one who created that vibe which made me feel like a friend and family . Highly recommend this place to everyone . And Ibis management should give the staff award as best hotel in their entire chain ( yes from my experience with staying at ibis at other places and countries ) .
