The Novotel Soi 20 is one of the friendliest places I have stayed. The staff cannot do enough for you. Big thanks to Miss Jam at reception for great advice on how to navigate around busy Bangkok - including tips on where to shop and find amazing Thai food. The room was very comfortable and the pool party they put on for guests was a lot of fun. Perfect location just off Sukhumvit Road with easy access to everything.

We selected this hotel for our wedding. The location was great and the size of the room matched with number of our guests. Food was delicious! We heard lots of great comments from the guests. Also, the table & seating arrangement was adequate for the guests. Great service mind from the team.

Hotel is well placed for everything, be it a good coffee, local food, massages etc., The best of all was the Concierge headed by Bruze and his boys. They were extremely helpful and helped with luggage, translation or jus a smile. I highly recommend Novotel Sukhimvit.

Super comfy room nice bed good shower all amenities . Very helpful friendly staff especially with a problem with our bank. Excellent location, relatively quiet location. Concierge very helpful. Super breakfast so many choices . All round a good choice. Thanks guys and girls for a pleasant stay.

Fon was out of this world she made our stay stunning an accor princess. Also jam did a great job with the room.
