No heating the first night, No shampoo the second night. NO HOT WATER nor shampoo the 3rd night. No cleaning service. Awful service, and the reception is just unfriendly, nonchalant and reckless. They just don't care about you. Go away, find something else.

Simple aparthotel with chronic lift issues. Staff very friendly and breakfast/free tea and coffee are a nice touch . Unfortunately the lifts were out of order so it was a difficult stay as a family despite them moving us a few floors closer to ground. It seems to have been an issue for a while given the reviews elsehwere. The location is out of the city centre easily accesible by tram number 2 from La Defense. Unfortunately this tram is very busy at seemingly all times of day (including weekends) so not the best experience with luggage/stroller. The price is good for Paris standards obviously.

I reserved some rooms yesterday and agreed to pay upon arrival so I was shocked to check my account and discover that this hotel "froze" the entire amount due rather than the 1 euro or so which hotels usually charge when they are checking your account. Needless to say, I cancelled the reservations.

Stayed at this hotel in Paris when going to the 6 Nations Rugby at the Stade de France. Listed as a 4* hotel, exceptionally clean and simple accommodation. Reasonably priced continental breakfast and staff very helpful and friendly. A little way out from the sights but quite an easy journey on the tram and metro or train once we worked out the ticket machines and approximately 40minutes from Eurostar. Supermarket close by but closed on Sunday. Only fast food eating places nearby so we ate at the Westfield Centre at La Défense before catching the tram back to the hotel. Reasonably priced for Paris accommodation so would recommend if you don’t mind the extra travel for sightseeing.

spot on, clean, convenient just 10 minutes from La Défense, bakery and supermarkt opposite, equipped kitchen, fitness room, running along the Seine, friendly staff. If you don't mind to travel 10 minutes by tram to La Defense, this location is well equipped, and great value.
