Affordable convenient hotel, good value for money

ROOMS: bright and clean, but not so spacious. Small window, a little tight bathroom with a shower. There are small working place (table, chair), wardrobe, fridge and safe. Coolers are located in every floor, glasses and jugs are provided in the room. LOCATION: 20min drive to the railway station FOOD: breakfast is included (if not, it costs 700rur). There are vegetables, fruits, yogurt, porridge, cheese, meat, eggs and potato, corn flakes, bread and pastry. Tea, coffee and energy shots. FACILITIES: good wi-fi, meeting rooms, ironing boards (one for every two floors). No gym. STAFF: welcoming staff on front desk, but inattentive housekeeping. In our room provided shampoo has finished - nobody cares. We didn’t find a second room key because somebody threw it.

The bed was terrible, after a long journey i checked in hotel and decided to sleep a little bit, after 2 hours i woke up with a pain in my back. İn the middle of bed, there was a huge pit. Because of old , deformed mattress. As soon as I requested from reception to change the room, but the administor Maria said that they can not because i have used the room i need to pay for the change of room....i never expect this attitude from Accor :((

We were very pleased with this service, stuff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the main thing is mattresses were just perfect, comfortable. We were three people staying in the hotel: 2 adults and a child, we were renting 2 spare rooms. I have to admit breakfasts were good as well. I believe Ibis is a good combination of comfort and price. We were needing the proof of our stay in English which we got very quickly as the stuff provided us with it almost immediately. Some member of stuff Anastasia was especially nice and kind, thanks! Thanks alot, it was cool to stay at your hotel!

not enough of Front Desk professionalism in Ibis Krasnodar and otherwise it's a new hotel , room was clean with slippers and etc, which we did not find in Warsaw Ibis Stary Miesto. Ibis Krasnodar Front Desk were mostly friendly but the shuttle note in Booking.com is false. There is no actual Shuttle to Airport- they just arrange for u a cab

Hotel located next to the best mall of the town, close to any good restaurant and attraction. Rooms are confortable clean, and the atmosphere is trendy. Iron and board are available on each 2 floor in a separate room. Breakfast is a kind of basic but good for Ibis level.
