One of the best places to stay in the area. Spacious and clean rooms, organised and professional staff. Perfect taxi service: punctual, comfortable and precise. The rooms are well kept, but the bed covers, bathroom towels quality is below standard. They are old and of poor quality laundry. The restaurant is good for both breakfast & lunch. The spreads are good ; the North Indian food during lunch is well made.

Very good service 😍happy about the restaurant architecture and food’ breakfast is awesome…. Staff is soo good understanding … they help me a lot basically ms sunita …. I will visit again in this hotel…. The overall experiance of stay at mercure was excellent…. The stay the welcome the ambiance the hospitality the attention off staff excellent concern n behavior food quality was fantastic cleanliness hygiene 10 out of 10..

Every homely feel....nice staff especially ms sunita, gawasker and lepcha wonderful food...the Indian food was marvelous. Restaurants was comfy...mattress ,area chairs was best...etc was very good 👍..staff was courteous and helpful...smiling and warm....breakfast layout was excellent...overall all a good 👍 stay......

We came here for our Women's Day celebration event for an all day program.The lunch menu was amazing, tasted even better. Hats off to Chef Sridhar! . Great hospitality and maintained with hygiene. Good atmosphere for corporate events. Thank you Mercure, for the experience.
