Peaceful location and Nice staffs. They very helpful and friendly. The view of the hotel was so beautiful. A bit far away from the city center but they have shuttle bus to the city for free. And they also have such a wonderful floating breakfast. Will come back for sure 💖

Is so good everything I love breakfast and the swimming pool has a lot of nature I have a trip to Luang Prabang already Pullman helped me it gonna be a good trip I hope next time I will be back to Pullman thanks for the good memories thanks service 5 stars

Absolutely fabulous!! We loved everything about this hotel, especially the staff, in particular Velra. We were slightly nervous heading to this hotel as the communications prior to our trip were not of a particularly good standard. However, we soon forgot all of this once we arrived as everything was perfect. They could not do enough for us, going to great lengths due to my husbands back injury. Rooms are beautiful and clean, beds extremely comfortable, and the free shuttle into town was great. Would not hesitate to stay again should we return to beautiful Luang Prabang.
