We heard so many people say they come back every year and we can see why. This was our first stay with the Reef House family and it won't be our last. From regular emails and personal calls to check that we were availing ourselves of all the luxury inclusions, to the honesty bar and mouth-watering restaurant menu, we were consistently impressed. The Reef House is central to the beautiful palm grove for which it is named, and if you wish to go somewhere, it is just a short walk in either direction to other restaurants along the strip. The poolside sorbet was a refreshing treat on a hot day by the pool, and the mixology cocktail class introduced me to a French martini, while the indigenous interpretation talk with Sean was of great interest. Coming inside to an oil-scented luxury room and verandah lounge was the perfect way to end the day. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Gorgeous place! Super friendly & helpful staff enable a truly relaxing atmosphere & experience. From the initial booking, welcome drinks, daily interactions and any request you may have, the team do their best to accommodate you and ensure your feel looked after. The Reef House Spa is amazing for that added extra relaxation. Make sure you check out all the signature extras. We took the bicycles for a relaxing ride to Trinity Beach. Sorbet by the pool daily is also a treat! The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing. If you get a balcony with the swing chair, it’s super comfortable and relaxing also! We were also offered a late checkout on the Sunday due to our late flights. This enabled us to truly relax on the final day. Big thank you to Cedric, Michelle and the whole team for a wonderful stay.

We have mixed feelings about the Reef House but enjoyed it overall. The staff were wonderful. The warm pool is excellent, especially as the weather was not always the best whilst we were there. The food was above average, except for the free daily canapes, which were the same little pastry baskets with different fillings each day. (for all 7 days we were there) I thought the guest lounge was disappointing. It was on the dark side with very stained floor matting that made the room look less than best and somewhat unwelcoming. I dont think it was used much, if at all by guests during our stay. (Unless there was a guest speaker there) The 2 arm chairs in our unusually decorated room were not clean and I doubt the huge array of unnecessary cushions put on our bed every day were either. This was disappointing. We are not sure if we would return there.
