I little difficult to found this hotel😅 cause don’t have mach acces to get it here, but after ci process the staf kindly and also security help me to storage my luggage, i fells happy to stay here like my second home also time to breakfast the staff very kindly and helpfull mr iswan and team.. and for the food i like but not very cause in my island i eat only bread and pasta🍝 but its okay.. i give 9 to 10 stars 🤩, i forgot to take a pitcure togather wit him because i saw him littel busy.

One of the male staff opened my room without any permission at 4 am, when he saw i am wake up and see it, immediately the staff closed the door again. I made a complaint to reception but there was no explanation why this happened. The next day I called the reception again and asked why this happened and asked them to check the CCTV but they argued that there was a problem with the CCTV and could only follow up in the next two days. This was very bad and disappointing because of this hotel is an accor group hotel.

I was terribly disappointed during my overnight transit stay at this hotel. At around 5.30 a.m., the housekeeper opened my room door without knocking and notification. Luckily that I'm about to prepare my bags and ready to check out that morning. I addressed my complaint to the front desk, and I informed him on the accidents, he is apologize and admitted that he mistakenly had issued 2 keys with the same room number, and the other had checked out. I also addressed my complaint to the manager on duty, Mr. Hamzah. This un procedural room checking was not acceptable. It could be a safety and security issue for the guest staying in this hotel. The hotel management shall improve and re-trained their staff to follow the hotel procedure and their room management. This is not an acceptable mistake by a hotel chain like Ibis. Ibis management should do an assessment for this accident and review their chain hotel licenses. Suggest for those plans to stay in this hotel to check carefully at the front desk officer and ensure him/her that there is no duplication on the room assignment.

A strategic hotel for waiting for the next flight. As far as I know, between 6 am - 6 pm, there are rates for 3 hours and 6 hours. Unfortunately, on the occasion that I was in transit for 3 hours, the condition of the AC room was not optimal, not cold, and our family was sweating in the room. I conveyed this information to the staff at the time. Hopefully, there will be an improvement soon.

Room was ok for overnight. Small. Not much storage space. Shower door leaked badly. Strange walkway of some sort in front of the window so we had to keep the blind closed. Although the hotel promises a choice of cuisines from the in-house restaurants, everything was closed when we arrived at 6:30pm, so we had to find somewhere in the airport. We paid extra for breakfast. No one told us the breakfast times. When we came down at 9:30am, we were told the restaurant was closed. Because it was also closed the previous evening, I assumed this meant they weren’t serving food at all during our stay. Turns out breakfast had already finished. It only runs from 5-9am. Weird times. As a gesture they sent nasi goreng and coffee to our room.
